I purchased a colt from Valley View Walkers the summer of 2001. He has the nicest temperament of any colt I have ever raised! "Twister" is by Son's Vigilantiy out of their mare Stormy's Glideaway. He has good size as a yearling and should mature at almost 16 hands. This is the kind of colt I know will be easy to start under saddle and he learns quickly. He has a calm personality and rarely spooks at anything. He has been easy to teach to park out and seems to enjoy learning new things. I bought him as a trail prospect to replace my aging mare in the future. He will soon be pictured in the Gaited Horse Magazine within an article I wrote entitled Baby's First Trim. I really like the way that Valley View Walkers handles their babies before you buy them so they like people yet have manners too. I also like that Valley View Walkers is honest about describing their horses and a pleasure to deal with! I would recommend Valley View Walkers if you are looking for a good family or trail prospect. Ness Silver Sage [John Boy] is a truly beautiful yearling. he has a wonderful sweet disposition, I am considering keeping him as a stallion. I named our new place after him, [Silver Sage Ranch]. My husband passed away last month, he sure loved working with the colt. My vet said he never worked with a stud that had such nice manners.
