  • Ingredients
  • 1.kilo potatoes
    400g. Minced lamb
    25g. Tomato puree
    2 cups milk
    Margarine
    Parsley
    Salt & pepper
    150g.onions
    150g. Carrots
    Nutmeg
    Thyme

    Wash and peel potatoes boil in salted water when ready mash, add milk, pepper, nutmeg, In an other pan melt on a low flame the margarine add the onions, carrots, with the minced lamb add the thyme and tomato puree, stir from the time, meanwhile in the dish you're going to bake the pie, cover it with margarine, so it won't stick, put the half of the mashed potato on the bottom, add the minced meat that you half cooked with the veg, put on top the rest of the mashed potato, with a fork make a design, and cook in a hot over for 20 minutes or till the top is golden
