In the area of Little Tokyo, Funekei Yoshida is the Yakuza boss and is expanding his power base. Detective Chris Kenner (Dolph Lundgren) has a personal grudge against the crimelord, and he and his partner Johnny Murata (Brandon Lee) decide to put him out of business for good.
