For the time being I am putting Lucinda in the George Mozingo of Washington Co, VA household. Based on the information given in the 1900 census Lucinda married at age 16. Therefore the female child in the 10-15 year age range has the possibility of being Lucinda right about the time she was to turn 16. The 1830 census count began on June 1st (http://www.rootsweb.com/~paadams/census.htm). Since Lucinda married in Oct of 1830 her marriage doen't exclude her from being that young female in George's household. A look at naming patterns shows Lucinda used both the names Rachel and George possibly after her stepmother and father.
