... Vinettie Mozingo is the out of wedlock daughter of Unity Mozingo.. Unity later married George William Peacock...It was either the Powell or Peacock man who fathered Vinettie...She married Thomas Elijah Snipes and one of their daughters is Dora Snipes...who married a Roscoe Mozingo...This is from Louise Mozingo...
