DEEP RUN - Ruth Mozingo Johnson, 91, of 1030 Aspen Ridge Court, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004, at home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 16, in the chapel of Howard-Carter Funeral Home in Kinston with Allen Ham officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in La Grange. She is survived by one daughter, Mary Johnson Howard and husband, Charlie, of Deep Run; three sons, William Earl Johnson and wife, Betty Jean, of Kinston, Charles Edmond Johnson and wife, Mary Lou, and David Eric Johnson and wife, Barbara, all of Grifton; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and special caregiver, Joy Bryant. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Alzheimer Association, 400 Oberlin Road Suite 208, Raleigh, NC 27605. Arrangements by Howard-Carter Funeral Home. (Paid obituary)
