FYI, Don was the oldest son of my dad's youngest brother.

Don L. Monzingo Jr., 51, of Fort Collins, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 2002, at home.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
Cremation will take place. Don Monzingo was born Oct. 23, 1950, in Wilcox, Ariz., to Don L. Monzingo and Mary F. Dunlap Monzingo. He earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree at the University of Arizona. He earned a doctorate in pathology at Colorado State University in 1985. He married Lisa M. Davis on July 14, 1984, in Fort Collins. Mr. Monzingo lived in Fort Collins since 1976. He worked in quality assurance at the Anheuser-Busch brewery. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, gardening, sports and barbecuing. Survivors include his parents, Don L. Monzingo and Mary F. Dunlap Monzingo of Reserve, N.M.; his wife, Lisa M. Monzingo of Fort Collins; three sons, Shawn, Nicholas, and Jacob Monzingo of Fort Collins; a brother, Mitchell Andrew Monzingo of Bagdad,Ariz.; a sister, Mary Monzingo of Taupo, New Zealand; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Virgil and Lois Davis of Fort Collins; a sister-in-law, Vicki Davis of Fort Collins; two brothers-in-law, Galen Davis of Fort Collins and Gary Davis and his wife Dorothy of Fort Collins; two nephews; and one niece. A son preceded him in death. Memorial contributions can be made to the National Schleroderma Foundation or a Charity of Your Choice in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive St., Fort Collins, CO 80524.
