Robert Muzingo Last Will
I Robert Muzingo in the County of Ray & State of Missouri Farmer being of Sound mind and memory do make and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament and as to my worldly estate and all the property real personal and mixed of which I shall die siezed and possessed of to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit: My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my executor hereinafter named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as Shall by her be found convenient. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Martha Jane Muzingo all my real and personal estate of whatever description to have and to hold the same after my decease and to her and her executors administrators and assigns forever. And I hereby nominate and appoint my said beloved wife Martha Jane Muzingo to the sole and only Executor of this my last Will and testament. In Witness whereof I the said Robert Muzingo have to this my last will and testament consisting of one sheet of paper Subscribed my name and affixed my seal this tenth day of November in the year of our lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty six.

Be it Remembered, That on this the 30thday of November A. D. 1886, before me
C. J. Hughes Judge of the Probate Court, in and for the County and State aforesaid, personally appeared J. O. Wilkerson, M. D., Thomas J. West and John Tait. who are subscribing witnesses to the annexed Will of Robert Muzingo deceased and being by me first duly sworn, depose and say that the said Robert Muzingo the testator, subscribed the same in our presence, and published and declared said will or instrument of writing to be his last will and testament, and that at the time of signing the same he the said testator, was of sound and disposing mind, and more than twenty-one years of age, and that said deponents attested said will as witness thereto, by subscribing our names to the same in the presence of the testator and of each other, and at the request of the said testator.

We Martha Jane Muzingo as Principal and George W. Petree and Henry Myers as Securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, in the sum of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars, for the payment of which we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals and dated at Richmond, in the State aforesaid, this 30th day of November A. D. 1886.
The condition of the above Bond is that if the said Martha Jane Muzingo Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Robert Muzingo deceased, late of Ray County, Missouri, shall well and faithfully execute the said Last Will and Testament, and shall make true and faithful inventories, returns and settlements of accounts of the estate of the said Testator, according to law; and shall, moreover, do and perform all other matters and things touching the execution of the said Last Will and Testament, as are or shall be prescribed by law, or enjoined on her by the order, sentence or decree of any Court having competent jurisdiction, then this obligation to be voic and of no effect, otherwise to remain in full force

Muzingo Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Robert Muzingo late of Ray County, Missouri, personally appeared before me, the Clerk of the Probate Court, in and for the County of Ray State Missouri, and being duly sworn by me, upon oath says that she will make a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods and chattles, lands and tenements, rights and credits of the said testator, according to law, and will well and truly execute or administer the Last Will and Testament of the said Testator, by paying, first his debts, and then the legacies contained in said Last Will and Testament, as far as the assets of the said Testator, will extend, and the law direct; render just accounts and faithfully perform all things required by law touching such Executorship or Administration.
