Application for Letters.

The Affidavit of
on application for Letters of Administration on the estate of Wyatt Muzingo deceased, state to the best of her knowledge and belief that the deceased died without a will, and that he left the following heirs, to wit:
Eliza J. Muzingowidow
Charles Isaac Muzingo Sonand
Sarah William MuzingoDaughter
all Residents of Ray County, Missouri
And further, tht she will make a perfect inventory of, and faithfully administer all of the estate of said deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct, and account for and pay all assets which shall come into her possession or knowledge.
