Frank Marlow of Atwood, Kansas died Aug. 29 in Veterans
Hospital,Lincoln, Nebraska. He had been in ill health the last few
years and spent much of that time in hospitals.
born September 24,1890 in Decatur Co. the son of William W. Marlow
and Clara Belle Mozingo. He lived here about 10 years, then the
family moved to Lawrenceburg for several years then to Atwood , Kansas.
He was a soldier in W.W. 1 and lived here a while with widowed mother
after his discharge before again returning to kansas where he lived
with wife, Helen. three children Loren overseas in Army, Leona and
Letta at home. A sister , Rose of Washington D.C. and John of
Attwood, Kansas. One brother Ernest , preceded him in death March 21,1947
Funeral services were Sun. Sun Sept 2 at Atwood. He was Buried
there , as were his father and mother.
His last occupation was on the ration board at Atwood in 1943.
