Wilber C. Mozingo, 79, Greensburg, died at 12:35 a.m. Wednesday, Feb.
11,1998 , at I.O.O.F. Nursing Home in Greensburg.
Born May 13,1918, in Greensburg, he was the son of Ed and Nancy
Holcomb Mozingo. He married Marianna Foreman on April 12,1941 and she
proceeded him in death on April 8,1994.
Mozingo was a retired truck driver and farmer. He was a member of Mt.
Pleasant United Methodist Church.
He is survived by four daughters Joy Hinds of Columbus,Judy Duvall of
Westport, Debbie Estridge of Williamstown Kentucky., and Phylis
Winters of Greensburg; one sone, Gary Mozingo of Hamilton Ohio, One
sister, Ruth Ponsler;one brother, Carl Mozingo; Seven grandchildren
and five Great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by three brothers
Raymond Mozingo, Terry Mozingo and Lowell Mozingo ; and four
sisters ,Orpha Minor, Mary Robbins, Roxie Reed, and Margaret
McCracken.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Gilliland-Howe Funeral
Home, with Rev. Bill Jackson and Melvin Mozingo officiating.
Burial will be at Union Baptist Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to donors choice.
