Betty Davis, age 79 of Hammond, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2004. She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Davis of Lafayette, IN; five grandchildren, Patrick, Lacey, Matthew, Nathan and Danielle; brother, Silas Mozingo of Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Earl Davis. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 17, 2004 at 12:30 p.m. at the Lincoln Ridge Funeral Home, 7607 W. Lincoln Highway, Schererville (Rt. 30 East of Cline Ave.). Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Betty was a member of the First Baptist Church of Calumet City, IL.
