... I met with Sheree Lovich today. She is Royce Muzingo's only child. I haven't seen her since I was 4-5 yrs. She is going to find out a little more about her father. He like Gary abandoned his family and children when she was very young. We are of the understanding that Howard C. Muzingo also abandoned them when they too were young, then they were raised by their mother Thelma (Vickers)
and a stepfather last name of Milligan. He treated Gary and Royce with the up most contempt and ill will.
