of the Lusk community died Jan. 23 at a hospital in Meridian, Miss., after a lengthy illness. He was 72.
Survivors include his stepmother, Stella Mazingo of Demopolis; a son, Ralph Mazingo of Lusk; a daughter, Juliette Mosley of Red Springs, Ala.; a brother, Neil Mazingo of Lavaca, Ala.; three sisters, Ethel Mazingo of Arizona, Louise Olive of Demopolis and Rosealee Crosby of Philadelphia, Miss.; and three grandchildren.

Services took place Thursday, with burial at Old Lusk Cemetery.

Phillips Funeral Home in Gilbertown handled arrangements. WASHINGTON COUNTY FRANKVILLE, Ala.
