Does AnnaBelle Mozingo Armstrong belong to anyone in the group? She
was born 1915 in West VA and died in Wheeling,West VA February 25,
2003. Her parents were James Lee Mozingo and Nora Palmer. If anyone
wants further info from the obit, let me know. Donna

Joseph Armstrong
ARMSTRONG, Joseph Lee, 61, of Bridgeport, Ohio, died Monday, February 6, 2006 at his home.

He was born June 4, 1944 in Wheeling, W.Va., the son of the late William and Anna Belle Mozingo Armstrong.

Mr. Armstrong was a retired steel mill worker with Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel; and a Catholic by faith. He was a US Marine veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers; and a sister.

Surviving are his wife, Donna Jean Heckathorn Armstrong; a son, Jason Armstrong and his wife, Jackie, of Bridgeport, Ohio; a daughter, Sherri Schmidt and her husband, Matthew, of St. Clairsville, Ohio; a brother, Robert Armstrong and his wife, Virginia, of Wheeling; two sisters, Carolyn Armstrong of Wheeling and Virginia Taylor and her husband, Larry, of Chesapeake, W.Va.; two granddaughters, Haylee Bumgardner and Megan Schmidt; and two grandsons, Brayden Schmidt and Matthew Schmidt, all of St. Clairsville.

Friends will be received at the Kepner Funeral Home, 36th and Jacob Street, South Wheeling, Wednesday, February 8, 2006 from 5-9 p.m., where services will be held Thursday, February 9, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Eugene S. Ostrowski officiating.

Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling.
