Annie Mozingo Turner, a native of Choctaw County, died Saturday at a Butler nursing facility. She was 94. Turner, a resident of Butler, worked as a store clerk until her retirement.

Survivors include three children, Pat Mozingo Broadhead and Clifton Mozingo, both of Butler and James Clyde Mozingo of Altus, Okla.; one sister, Corene Irby of Stonewall, Miss.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

A graveside service was held Monday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Toxey, Ala., Bumpers Funeral Home in Butler handled arrangements.
