MOZINGO, DANIEL "DAN" WILLIAM JR., 78, of Homosassa, died Thursday (March 15, 2001) in Crystal River. Born in Ripley, W.Va., he came here 11 years ago from Wierton, W.Va. He was a retired steel worker with 30 years of service for Weirton Steel and was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of West Virginia Trappers Association, Ohio Valley Bass Fisherman's Association, Colliers Hunting Club, the Veterans of Foreign Wars post in Weirton, and member of Eagles Aerie, Follensbee, W.Va. He was a member of the Christian Church, Colliers, W.Va. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Marie McDonald; a son, Ronald, Weirton, W.Va.; two daughters, Danna Beamen, Weirton, and Marlene Swiger, Homosassa; a brother, Ora James, Springfield, Ohio; a sister, Eleanor, Fairpoint, Ohio; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Hooper Funeral Homes and Crematory, Homosassa.
