James T. Mozingo, 85, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2006.
He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
Services: 1 p.m. Saturday in Howard-Carter Funeral Home chapel in Kinston. Burial in Pinelawn Memorial Park. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and at other times at 3912 Falling Creek Road, Kinston. Survived by: Wife, Barbara; daughter, Carol; sisters, Canary Ham and Gracie Breeding; brother, Frank; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

FAYETTEVILLE - Mrs. Barbara Gray Mozingo, 88, of Fayetteville, passed away Friday, Dec. 12, 2008, in Haymount Nursing Center in Fayetteville. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was very active in her church, Haymount Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, William C. Gray and Mattie Lee Radford Gray; a sister, Hazel Gray; and a brother, Bud Gray. Survivors include daughter, Carol Gray Mozingo of Yuma, Calif.; sister, Mary Browne of Philadelphia; sister-in-law, Mary Gray of LaGrange; brother, William N. "Bolie" Gray of LaGrange; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She had a very special caregiver, Ramona Miller Whitbeck of Fayetteville. The family will receive visitors from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2008, at Howard-Carter Funeral Home in Kinston. Graveside funeral services will be at 2 p.m. at Pinelawn Memorial Park, following visitation. Arrangements by Howard-Carter Funeral Home of Kinston.
