Funeral services for Billy L. Kelley, 74, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, 2003, at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Carroll Pope officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery directed by Brown�Pennington�Atkins Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Wesley Chapel Building Fund, PO Box 56, Lydia, SC 29079.

Mr. Kelley died Monday, Nov. 10. Born in Darlington County, he was a son of the late Rivers L. and Pearl Mozingo Kelley. He was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, the Methodist Men's Club, and the Wesley fellowship Sunday school class. He was a retired farmer and a board member of the Production Credit Association.

Surviving are his wife, Leonora Jones Kelley of Hartsville; sons and daughter�in�law, Jerry and Linda Kelley, Troy L. Rogers, Carl J. Rogers Jr., all of Hartsville; daughters and sons�in�law, Carol Howard of Bishopville, Libby Hughes of Goose Creek, Suzanne and Tim Cottingham of Cheraw, Amy Moore of Boiling Springs, Renee and Randy Pee Wee Smith of Hartsville; 18 grandchildren; nine great�grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife Marjorie Privette Kelley.
