MOZINGO, JOSEPH F., 79, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday (Feb. 17, 1998) at Bayfront Medical Center. Born in Wheeling, W.Va., he came here in 1972 from Zanesville, Ohio. He was a chef and an owner-operator of several restaurants in Florida. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II, serving in the South Pacific. Survivors include four daughters, April Slonaker, Constance Tindell, Christine Schiro and Robin Shultes, all of St. Petersburg; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
