Mr. Monzingo was born May 31, 1960, in Santa Maria, Calif. He moved from California to Eugene and in 1999 to West Linn. He was a fuel truck driver for Space Age Fuel in Gresham.

Survivors include his daughter, Jillian M.; sister, Joanne Waltman; brother, John Lesondak; and companion, Julie Patterson.
