Mr. Douglas Glenn Mazingo, 58 of Escatawpa, Miss. died April 21, 2005 at his residence. He was born August 18, 1946 in Pascagoula. Mr. Mazingo worked for 40 years as a pipefitter with Ingalls Shipbuilding. He was a member of Pipefitters Local #436 and served as Assistant Chief Union Steward. Doug loved to fish and was a devoted father, grandfather and brother. He will be sadly missed by all. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Emma Mazingo, Sr.; and wife of 32 years Bonnie Faye Thornton Mazingo.

Survivors include his two sons and daughters in law, Charles Alex and Lori Mazingo of Lucedale, Timothy Glenn and Julie Mazingo of Pas-cagoula; a brother and sister in law, Johnny and Jill Mazingo, Jr. of Helena; a sister and brother in law, Linda and Donald Eaker of Pascagoula; five grandchildren, Timothy Charles Mazingo, Tristan Glenn Mazingo, Justin James Bell, Alexis Ann Mazingo and Jaylin Faye Mazingo; numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
