Mrs. Curl was born April 20, 1935 in Washington, DC. She was a retired meat cutter with a retail grocery store. Friends attending service are encouraged to dress in casual dress as our mother was a casual person.

Survivors include sons, Lewis Curl and wife, Cheryl, of Weddington, NC, Jack Curl of Concord, NC, James Curl of Midland, NC, Richard Curl of Charlotte; daughters, Penny McCraw of Charlotte and Pamela Lake of Tifton, GA; 6 brothers, Stanley "Junior" Mozingo of Maryland, Ike Mozingo and his wife Sandy of Maryland, Fred Mozingo of Maryland, Pete Blair and his wife Tina of Maryland, Eddie Coffelt of Florida, Mike Blair of Pennsylvania; 6 grandchildren; married to the late 1st husband Lewis Curl and 2nd husband the late Robert Curl.
