WEIRTON, W.Va. ? Roberta I. (Davis) Heaton, 75, of Weirton, passed away Thursday, Dec. 7, 2006, at the Weirton Medical Center. Born Jan. 2, 1931, in Follansbee, she was the daughter of the late William and Edwina Mozingo Davis. Roberta was also preceded in death by her brothers, Bill, Max and Edwin ?Dutch? Davis; and sisters, Elsie McVey, Wanda Millington, and Doris Basil.

Roberta was Baptist by faith. For 31 years, she worked as a clerk in the Shipping Department of Weirton Steel. Roberta?s survivors include her husband, Richard Heaton of Weirton; son, Eric Davis of Weirton; brother, Glen ?Jeep? Davis of Barberton, Ohio; sisters, Evelyn Anderson of Arizona and Lucy Sanders of Follansbee; and grandson, Dalton Davis of Nashville, Tenn.

The family will receive friends Sunday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main St., Weirton, where funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday with Pastor Tim Colvin presiding. Entombment will be in Highland Hills Memorial Gardens in Follansbee.
