JOYCE M. REDDEN

Joyce Ann Mozingo Redden, 65, of Front Royal died Friday at Winchester Medical Center. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Omps Funeral Home, South Chapel in Winchester by Pastor Neil Newcomb. Entombment will be at Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Mrs. Redden was born June 9, 1940, in Alexandria, daughter of the late Joseph Mozingo and Mildred Harrison Mozingo Young. She retired after 40 years from Fort Hunt Cleaners in Alexandria. She was Baptist by faith and a member of Moose Lodge #653. She attended Mt. Vernon High School.

Surviving are her husband, Charles L. Redden; two daughters, Mary F. Price of Nokesville and Starletta R. Rankin of Falling Waters, W.Va.; two sons, Lewis C. Redden of Hagerstown, Md. and David R. Dodson Jr. of Alexandria; two sisters, Mary Weber of Martinsburg, W.Va. and Phyllis Price of Alexandria; three brothers, Howard Mozingo of Rockville, Md., John Young of Reva and Martin Young of Dale City; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be David Price Jr., Jeffrey L. Rankin Jr., Stephen R. Kiser Jr., Martin Young Jr., Clinton Young, and David Dodson Jr.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
