Services for Mildred Blackwell Tyner, 54, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 10, 2000, at Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Westview Cemetery. Mrs. Tyner died Thursday, June 8. Born in Chesterfield County, she was a daughter of the late Luke and Ithene Mozingo Blackwell. She was a member of Union United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Sid M. Tyner of Hartsville, daughter, Cindy (Keith) Huggins of Hartsville; sister, Margie Ann Gardner of Bethune; and two grandchildren.
