... Dear Gayle-- My brother Donald forwarded this e-mail I I hope I can fill in some of the information. My great Grandfather was John Mozingo. He was married to Mary (Polly) Benton Mozingo. He had two sons: John who was married to Letha Ann Mozingo and Roscoe (my grandfather) married to
Dora Snipes. John Mozingo the elder also had three daughters: Lucy who was married to a man named Cole, and Octavia and Emma. I may have more on their married names in records I have in North Carolina and at my mother's home in Virginia (I live in California).

My grandfather Roscoe had five children who lived to adulthood: Margaret (married Narcisco) Annie Lee, Donald, Roule' Cole (my father) and Helen Dora. Two died in infancy, Carlyle and Ernest.

John the elder, Mary Benton Mozingo, John the younger and Letha Ann Mozingo, Roscoe and Dora Mozingo, Donald Mozingo (my uncle), Annie Lee, and Helen Dora are all buried in Willowdale Cemetary in Goldsboro North Carolina.
