On the land records, no. I was told they burned with the court house in 1890. Wiley was probably with or around his in-laws who also had land in that area... I have found a relationship with marriages and land transfers, wills, along with migrations between Mozingo,Bushee,Sorrell(Surles), and some Rouse. These are old Bear Creek Land owners that have migrated into the same areas from Dobbs Co.(Len)-Cumberland-Co(Harnett)-Bladen-and Sorrell into Robeson Co. on SC line. These people worked turpentine, and bought big tracts of land. Members of these families (haven't documented Rouse exact lineage yet) descendants followed each other around and ended up living with, around, or on each others land, or traded land in Campbellton (Cross Creek)in Cumberland Co by late 1800s. ... the family of Wiley Mozingo's wife, Harriett Bushee was in Robeson County N.C. in 1850 census... Harrietts family was turpentine workers and lived beside a Benjamine Grice in Robeson Co. Grice was owner of a turpentine distiller, and I suspect him to be from S.C. Turpentine workers are thought to have moved about every 5 years, due to depletion of the long leafs.

I have been looking at family migrations out of Lenoir/Dobbs County. The three families that have followed, married, willed, traded and so on with each other across N.C. are Surles(Sorrells), bushee, and Mozingo.... Reese Mozingo
