PASCAGOULA-Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro for Auten Ray Pitts, 65, of Pascagoula, who died Dec. 12, 2002, in Mount Vernon, Ohio.Burial will be in Maynor Creek Cemetery. Mr. Pitts served in the U.S. Army and was a machinist. Survivors include two sons, Teddy Ray Pitts of Carthage and Arthur Ray Pitts of Pascagoula, a stepson, Lester Earl Hinton of Section, Ala. two daughters, Wanda Gail Shepherd of Mount Vernon, Ohio, and Juanita Kay Walden of Everett, Wash. two brothers, Henry G. Pitts of Waynesboro and Robert E. Pitts of Laurel three sisters, Mary Brewer and Jewel Cooley, both of Pascagoula, and Rachel Finley of Richton and 16 grandchildren.Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. today at Freeman Funeral Home.
