State of South Carolina Know all men by these presents that we Thomas Aldridge,
Darlington District Benjamin Skinner and Moses Walters of the district within
aforesaid are jointly holding and firmly bound unto William Ten ------- Ordinary in the district
aforesaid in the just and full Lein of one hundred dollars good and lawful money of
the Said State to be paid unto the Said William Ten----- Ordinary of aforesaid
a his S-------- in Office for the time being for the use of the Said B---------- of
this district or ---- Certain attorny ---------- To U------ do payment will and
truly to be made and done with best ------------ Our ---------- ------------ and Adminis
testor Jointly Inventory(?) and firmly by these presents Sealed with Ou-------and

The condition of the above obligation is such
that the above bound Thomas Aldridge Administrator of the goods and Chattel of
Jefse Mozingo deceased do make a true and perfect Inventory of all and Singular
the goods and Chattles, Rights and Credits of the said Deceased which have or shall --------
into the hands pofsefsion or Knowledge of the Said Thomas Aldridge Adm
or into the hands pofsefsion of sny other person for him and the same to
make as Exhibit unto the Court of Ordinary for his said district when he
Shall therein to be Required and such goods Chattels and Credits do well
and truly administer according to Laws and do make a just and True
account of his actings and doings therein when requesteed by the said Court
and all the Past (?) for the said goods Chattels and Credits which shall be found
Remaining upon account of the Said Administration the same busy fast(?)
allowed by the said court shall -------- and pay unto such persons respect-
ively as shall be entilted to the Same by Law and if it shall hereafter
appear that any last will and testatment made by the deceased and the same
shall be proved in Court and the Executor Obtain Certificate of the Probate
Thereof and the said Thomas Aldridge Administrator do on such case
if Required Render and deliver up the said letters of Administration then
the obligation to be Void or else to Remain in full form and Virtue.

...My grandfather's sister Ida West married Albert "Babe" Mozingo in Wayne County MS. She was a descendant of the Elias Davis mentioned in the will of Jesse Mozingo. Mozingo is a well known name in Wayne County with at least one road with the name. Wayne County got a good group of Darlington District South Carolinians prior to MS statehood in 1817....Carol
