I'll take bets on the WW Mozingo. Bet that was William Walter, Merchant Marine, born
12/1/1881. He was my great grand father Ruebins brother. I have a picture of him in uniform. He had a son named James E. (not C) born 1/24/1903, I think, also Merchant Marine, bet that's the James E. in the list. As merchant marines, could their cargo have been imigrants after the War? William Walter was great-grandfather of Jim, who is on this forum. Reese

If the WW1 ended in 1918 then is it possible these men stayed behind in Europe and then later decided to return to America/USA James C. Mozingo was 18 in 1921, William Mozingo was 36 in 1921, WW Mozingo was 40 in 1922, at the bottom it is noted that they were members of the ship's crew? Were they Merchant Marines? Is there someone who might have knowledge oftheir practices if they have certain port authorities they must come through?Gayle L.
