Dresses are my most favorite thing to make!! Each dress is one of a kind and hade-made by me. Each dress bodice is lined for support, and all seams are neatly surged for durability. I have put in many loving hours in each piece:)


~Lazy Lighten Dress~

This is a SWEET dress!! I just love this dress! This dress is made out of three colors of corduroy; golden yellow, dark blue (that feels like velvet), and dark red. On the back ther is a red heart with the initials of GD done in gold thread. The bodice is lined with a beautiful floral cotton fabric that corresponds with the corduroy fabrics. All seams are neatly surged. This dress is slightly heaver then a typical cotton dress due to the corduroy. It is warm for those cooler days. I used pleating instead of gathering for the waist. The circumference of this dress is 118", and it's great for spinning.

~Brown Dress with Daisies~

This dress is made out of a light weight brown cotton mix. The bodice is lined with the same brown fabric. With appliqués of white daisies growing up from the bottom. This is a closed back dress. All seams are neatly surged.

~Purple Sash Dress~

I really like this dress!! It's a little prarie and princess!! I used a off-white and purple print with a solid light purple mix blend. The bodice is made out of an off-white muslin, and it is lined with no seems showing. Around the bodice is a purple cord sash that ties in back. All seams are neatly surged.

This dress would be great for an expecting mama!! It is made out of old school Winnie the Pooh and friends. The bodice is lined and made out of a green solid cotton. The back is open with cris-cross straps for adjustment. In the back at the waist, there is ribbon for adjustment. All seams are neatly surged.

~Earth Tree Dress~

This dress is one of my most favorites! it is made out of a purple cord and a vintage yellow print, with a tree appliqué (I scored this fabric at a yard sale). The back is opened with cris-cross straps. In the back there is a purple ribbon to adjust the waist. All seams are neatly surged.

~Blue and Green Circle Applique Set~

This dress set is made up of an open back bodice top and an skirt with three appliqués of circles. Both garments are made out of an blue w/ circles cotton blend fabric and a yellowish green w/circle cotton fabric, an aqua blue cotton solid and an green cotton solid. The Skirt is made out of five panels and has three appliqués of tripled circles. The waist in the skirt has a drawstring to adjust to size, and also elastic for a support waist line. The top has an open back that has elastic straps connecting the back. All seams are neatly surged.
