Baked Cups ( Basic )

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup shortening

Method:
Stir togethr flour and salt in a bowl. Blend in shortening. Sprinkle water (4 to 5 tbsp) and form into a dough. Preheat oven to 250'C. Divide dough in balls and Gently press the balls into tart cups. Bake cups for about 10 minutes or until golden. Cools cups.
