Bhel Puri ( Vegetables / Indian )
Ingredients:
Puffed rice or Rice krispies
Gram flour vermicelli ( shev)iii)
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
rock salt 1/4 tsp
boiled potatoes
oil 1 tsp
1 onion, chopped finely
1/2 lemon
puris

For chutney sauce
1 tbsp coconut jaggery
<1 tsp tamarind paste
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder

Method:
Heat 1 tsp oil and add rock salt and turmeric powder. Add puffed rice and on a very slow fire roast them for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add shev, potatoes, onions and crush puries into the above mix.
Mix well all ingredients for the chutney sauce.
Spoon bhel puri into bowls. Drizzle chutney sauce over the bhel puri. Add a dash of lemon juice and serve.
