Coconut Burfee ( Indian )

Ingredients:
1 (357 g) tin sweetened condensed milk
1 medium sized coconut, grated
10 tbsp full cream milk powder
1/2 cup milk

Method:
Combine condensed milk, grated coconut, milk and mlik powder into a pan and mix well.Heat the mixture on low heat, stirring often, so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Cook till mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Remove from fire. Spread it out evenly onto a plate / glass dish. Cut into squares, whern cool
