Fried Emperor Fillet ( Seafood Recipes / Starters )

Ingredients:
500 g emperor fillet, cut into strips
1 cup flour
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 green chilli, ground
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
olive oil, for deep frying

Method:
Mix all ingredients, except flour. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Coat the fillet with flour and shallow fy till crisp and golden.
