Gajar Soup ( Indian / Vegetarian / Soups )
Ingredients:
2 big carrots chopped
2 medium potatoes chopped
1 big onion chopped
2 tbsp butter
200 ml milk
salt, black pepper and oregano to taste
Method:
Boil the chopped carrots and potatoes till tender. Cool. Add some water and blend. Keep aside. Heat butter in a pan till melted. Add the chopped onions. Fry on medium heat till onions are transparent. Add the puree, milk, salt and pepper. Stir well. Bring to a boil and cook low heat for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle oregano.
