Hunter Beef ( Beef / Pakistani )
Ingredients:
1 kg beef, one piece
1/2 pod garlic
2 inch ginger
2 tbsp malt vinegar
salt to taste
Method:
Put beef in a pot along with all the ingredients. Add water enough to cover the beef. Prick the beef with a fork. Cover and keep in the fridge for 2 days. Prick the beef on all three days. On the third day, cook on low fire rill the water dries up. Slice and serve.
