Pasta Soup( Pasta/Soups )
Ingredients:
1 small bunch spring onions
40 g pasta, boiled
50 g shredded cheese (you can use less)
2 cups low fat milk
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Heat butter and fry chopped spring onions for a few minutes. Add 1 cup water and boil for 9 minutes. Add hot milk, pasta, salt, pepper and cheese. Serve hot.
