Ingredients:
5 florets of Cauliflower
5 florets of broccoli
2 tbsp cornflour
500 ml milk
180 g grated cheddar cheese
4 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped

Method:
Bring a large sauepan of lightly salted water to a boil and cook the vegetables for 5-6 minutes. Drain well. Blend cornflour with a tablespoon of milk to make a smooth paste. Then blend in remaining milk. Heat it gently, stirring until the mixture boils, then simmer for a minute until thickened. Remove fro heat and stir in 150 g of cheese. Season with salt. Spoon the cheese sauce over the vegetables and sprinkle the remaining cheese. Serve hot topped with tomatoes.
