The members of Sonic Ocean have decided to take a break to further concentrate on their main projects. "We sincerely apologize to any of our fans who were looking forward to seeing us perform live," says keyboardist R. Sean Faust. "Who knows? Maybe sometime in the future we'll have time for Sonic Ocean again. I know I'm certainly looking forward to it."

Sonic Ocean- Soundtrack To A Really Short Movie 4/5

Sonic Ocean is an instrumental project that gathered musicians from other bands such as Money For The Toll and Symmetry. Their music follows Liquid Tension Experiment lines, which means it's a very virtuosistic effort, based on soloing and shredding but not lacking melodies and emotion. R. Sean Faust(keys), Bruce Sokolovic (guitars), Neil Rambaldi (guitars), Chris Onjian (bass) and Ed Faust (drums) were the line up who recorded this demo tape with two very exciting pieces : "Zousche" "Into The Sunset". Two good examples of instrumental rock and amazing soloing. "Into The Sunset" is a bit better and has cooler melodies and the keyboard lines are more audible (and they are superb).
