Kevin is the eldest member of group at 27 years old. He was born on October 3rd, 1972 in Lexington, Kentucky. He is Brian's cousin and is usually responsible for the whole group being together. When he met A.J., Nick, and Howie, they knew that they needed one more harmony, so he decided to call up his cousin, who in his words, "sings his butt off," and the rest is history. Kevin suffered a loss last year in October 1998, when his grandfather died of cancer. Kev's grandpa isn't the only family member that he's lost to cancer. When Kev was in Orlando, he got a call from his mom saying that his father was very sick. He went back to Lexington for a year staying by his father's side until the very end. After his father's death, something was "calling him back to Orlando", since afterall, it was his father who had originally told him to go there to pursue his career of acting. He decided to go back and landed himself a job at Disney World as Goofy, Aladdin and a Ninja Turtle. (I have a picture with him!) From there he was called up by a local producer and was told that there are a few guys that want to make a group and were wondering if he was interested. He joined them and called up Brian to make the now, million album selling group, the Backstreet Boys.
