time capsule volume2 (c60 from FDR recordings)
this is a collage series, cut up from contributions from about 12 different artists, completely impossible for anyone other than mr noring [who is compiling the series] to know what sounds belong to who. very dirty and lo-fi, cut apart and shifting, sounds ranging from noise to field recordings to even music of sorts. it's really like a sixty minute track with no beginning or end, you could put it in and just keep flipping it over and over for hours. i get the feeling that this would also be the case for the series as a whole. for some reason i really liked the dirtiness of this, it reminded me of the old found sound tapes i used to make. very nice.
