this is a very different recording than what i was expecting after hearing the split they did with jason campbell. this disc is four short tracks of clipped field recordings and electronically generated sounds arranged to make sparse minimal 'beats'. tracks seem to pause in odd spots, so there is often a feeling of anticipation to the pieces. lots of bird sounds. there isn't really much more i can say about this, except that it was way too short at sixteen minutes.
