Since 1999 I've invested a lot of time and energy into writing
the two Harp On! harmonica websites.
Chromatic Harmonica Reference took around three
years to create, soaking up a huge number of late evenings and
weekends, and I made a point of personally learning any topic that
I wrote about, with the exception of other's contributions.
Harmonica Resources was initially started to give a
first port of call to beginner harp players who want to find
resources on the internet. But it became the site for all the
articles and information that doesn't fit on Chromatic Harmonica
Reference.
I continue to edit, correct, and add articles on both websites
as time, energy and inspiration allow. Yet all their contents
remain free, I don't get anything for keeping it up, and up to
date. I do this because I believe in the harmonica, and want to
make sure no one else has to struggle to find harmonica education
the way I did.
