05/10/02 ~~ Well here he is Nick Book our newest member of the Tribe..
Nick will be working together with Adam as sort of a dual vocal attack..
Guaranteed to be brutal!! You will have to come out to see it for yourself. Nick
comes to us from one of Geoff's former bands (Groovecore) and is a long time
friend of his. This helping to solidify a bond between him and the rest of that
band members that was created when Groovecore and Throedown played a show
together in the beginning. Our first show with him went off perfectly (Look for
photos of that soon) and we have another show in the works with Bottom Ground.
Possibly at Club 313 in Belleville IL. But check back soon for details!! Also
look for Nick's page soon (I'm working on it OK). Until we meet again.....

03/12/02 ~~ It is time to start a new era of Painscale..... We have been
working together as a band for a long time and we are ready to take it to the
next level... Those of you that come to see us on may 20th will understand where
I'm coming from..... A few surprises are in store as well as 3 or 4 new songs in
the works... We are writing a lot more freely lately and have a many ideas.

09/26/01 ~~ Well the Mississippi Nights show went off pretty well for us.
It's always cool to play at a different venue.......... It takes a little while
to get acquainted with the place..... But we dealt with it pretty good.. Thanks
to all the crazy people that showed up and especially thanks to Bottom Ground
for giving us the chance to play with them at such a cool place. If you get a
chance to check them out don't pass it up!!! On another note... We got to play
with our Buds in FRACTURE...... Very cool and a very good time. It was at the
Creepy Crawl and thanks to all of you for showing up..... If you were there then
you would have known that we played one of our best shows ever!!!! everything
just felt right..... and Fracture also stepped it up and kicked some major
ASS.... We will be on the same bill again in the future I can promise you that!
As for the CD..... well I lied again... Sue me... We gave a few of the rough
mixes out to the people at the Mississippi Nights show but are still not happy
with the results we are getting from the studio.. I won't get into the gory
details..... It will just bore you..... But we are meeting together as a band to
decide either to go somewhere else to mix what we have now or just start new..
We will get off our asses and decide soon though...... Well I think that is
about enough for now...... So until next time.... Maybe I will see some of you
at the Mudvayne/Slipknot/System show....or even at TOOL.

07/05/01 ~~ Painscale finally made it to Mississippi Nights!!!!! We were
asked to do a show with our buddies from Bottom Ground. This will be our first
(and hopefully not our last) at the Nights!! So come out and support the
Painscale!!!! Also our CD Provide Suicide will be out soon.... We will should
have some at the show.. We have some shirts made too so come out with some cash
and pick up some Painscale ware.. We will be changing the site around from time
to time.... Like pics... and such to give you sumdin' to look at........ ... ..
