Huddleston House
Huddleston House Museum is a historical home and grounds, a preserved landmark on U.S.40, Cambridge City, IN. Each Fall during Canal Days, a Civil War re-enactment takes place here. The interior of the house is as when completed in 1841. The house is available for private banquets. Painted with Gouache. Historical site on LINKS page. |
Indiana Cow
One from a herd of cows who graze in a meadow on Cynthianne Road, East of Noblesville, Indiana. The center tree is no longer there since it was felled by a strong wind just a few weeks after this painting was created! Water Color, Spring, 2003. |
County Tyrone
Plumbridge, County Tyrone, Ireland, June, 2001. Pencil sketch. Sweet little village where we stayed 3 nights over Glenelly's Pub. The B&B over the pub is 2 levels. Entrance to the apartment is 'round back of the pub. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and sitting room. The bridge was the first plumbed bridge. |
