1) You must have a USA site.

2) Both personal and commercial homepages, including types of profitable or charitable sites, are acceptable as long as they are USA

3) Your site must be 100% FAMILY SAFE (for all of ages). NO adult material (such as adult links, nudity, pornography, or profanity) nor any promotion of illegal activities (such as spams).

4) NO "own/managed" webrings (i.e. ring homepages) will be admitted to this ring.

5) Under RingSurf's privacy policy, you must be older than 13 years of age to become a member of this or any other ring.

6) Ring fragment must be placed on your site within 10 days of joining or your site will be removed from the queue.
