Jadeite
Jedite is the first warrior Queen Beryl sends to Earth to gather energy. His method of collecting energy is to lay traps or enchantments for the humans. When they take the bait, he and his minions drain their energy & give it to Queen Beryl. But Jedite encounters a problem: Sailor Moon. She proceeds to defeat his minions one by one. To compound the problem, he also acccidentally reveals Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars, who promptly join forces with Sailor Moon. Queen Beryl was very mad & demanded results or else, and Jedite challenges the Sailor Scouts to an open duel. However, the sailor scouts defeats him, & forces Jedite back to the Negaverse. Queen Beryl promptly condemns him to Eternal Sleep and assigns his job to Nephlite.
Nephlite
Once Jedite is condemned, Nephlite assumes command of the energy-gathering mission. Nephlite can tap into the power of the stars, and he uses this in his work. Instead of draining from many people at once, Nephlite uses his powers to single out people approaching maximum potential. Then, he assumes a false identity as eccentric millionaire Maxfield Stanton, & approaches them. Once he meets the person, he touches something near or dear to the potential victim and leaves his "mark" on the object. This marker begins to influence the victim, encouraging him or her to increase his or her energy output. When it maxes out, a Negamonster will emerge from the marker and, at the same time, drain all the stored energy from the victim. However, Nephlite can't seem to get rid of the Sailor Scouts. But the Sailor Scouts aren't his only problems. He has a rival: Zoisite, and she's always plotting to find a way to discredit him and take his place, and she finds a way. It happens when Nephlite becomes entangled in a big "scandal." One time, when he tries to trap Sailor Moon by posing as Tuxedo Mask, he becomes acquainted with Serena's best friend, Molly. Though he can't understand it himself, he feels very strange when near her, and Molly tries to help him. It turns out that Molly is in love with him, and that she'd do anything to help him. Eventually, Nephlite begins to understand what she's feeling... but then Zoisite makes her move. She has Molly kidnapped, but Nephlite rescues her and evades the first trap set for him, but Zoisite's minions are persistent. They track him down and destroy him in front of Molly. The shock leaves Molly depressed for over a week, but one thing is certain: Zoisite got her wish. She's now in charge.
Zoicite
Zoisite is credited for having eliminated the "traitorous" Nephlite and assumes his command, but Queen Beryl changes the mission, instead of gathering energy, Zoisite is to secure the seven Rainbow crystals. The Rainbow Crystals the seven fragments of the shattered Imperium Silver Crystal, the most powerful crystal in the Universe and the only object truly powerful enough to stop even Queen Beryl. As she releases the crystals from the people of Earth who unknowingly carry them, the seven Shadows, Queen Beryl's finest warriors, are released from the crystals and take over the people's bodies. However, Zoisite's threat is matched in kind, thanks to the arrival of Sailor Jupiter and the healing power of Sailor Moon's Crescent Moon Wand. Zoisite teleports in and out in a shower of flower petals, and she can also use these petals to trap or distract her opposition. She was trained by Malachite, and the two have a long-standing relationship that goes beyond a student's respect for her teacher. Malachite's always there when she needs help or a word of comfort. But not even Malachite can help with her greatest weakness: her lust for revenge. Over the course of her mission, Tuxedo Mask has always shown up to try to spoil things, and she eventually becomes enraged. She becomes so enraged that she disobeys the direct orders of Queen Beryl. Instead of taking Darien alive, she plots twice to destroy him. She almost succeeds the second time, but in the process, she reveals Sailor Moon's true past as Princess Serena as well as cause the Imperium Silver Crystal to be reformed and secured in the princess's possession. Of course, Queen Beryl gets very ticked off, and she executes Zoisite for insubordination.
Malakite
Malachite is the is the oldest & most powerful of Queen Beryl's warriors. He has a wise, experienced face that shows power & great authority. He almost succeeds in trapping the Sailor Scouts, but it's then that Sailor Venus appears to spoil his fun. When Zoisite is executed, Malachite seeks veangeance, and Queen Beryl tells him what to do: get rid of the Sailor Scouts and take the Imperium Silver Crystal. He goes after the Sailor Scouts with near-absolute hatred. He wants payback... big time! But the sailor scouts put up a good fight. The Prince Darien comes, he's been successfully converted to the bad side by Queen Beryl. Though Darien and Malachite have the same objective, they never get along and refuse to work together. While Malachite wants both the crystal recovered and the Sailor Scouts dead, Darien wants to get the crystal from Sailor Moon. This is problems for them. Malachite's time comes when the Sailor Scouts decide to pay a call on the Negaverse. After the Sailor Scouts' heartfelt reunion with Queen Serenity, Malachite ends up facing an enraged Sailor Moon and the power of the Imperium Silver Crystal. She turns his own powers against Malachite and destroys him.
