Justin opened his eyes slowly. He felt the sun shining through the window on his face.
"My god, my head is killing me," he thought to himself.
He started to shuffle around in the bed and stopped suddenly, "Wait a minute. Where the hell am I?"
Justin's eyes flew all the way open and he bolted upright. He didn't recognize his surroundings. Looking around the room frantically, his eyes landed on a picture of Andie, Jenn and Jaime'. He looked around the room and realized he was in Jaime's bed.
"Holy shit!" he hissed.
He jerked the covers off and noticed he was only wearing his boxers. Jaime' was nowhere in sight. He searched the room for his clothes, spotting them draped across the chair in the corner. He started to get up when he heard a faint knock on the door. He quickly pulled the covers over his head and prayed whoever was at the door would realize Jaime' was gone. He heard the knob turn and sucked in his breath.
"Jaime'? Are you awake?" he heard Andie's voice.
"Oh my god!" Justin thought to himself, "Please don't let her find out I'm here!"
"Jaime'?" Andie asked again, "I guess you're still asleep," Andie said sounding disappointed. "I just wanted to see if you had talked to Justin last night."
Justin's curiosity got the better of him. He let out a little peep to let Andie know someone was there. He hoped she would think it was Jaime' and continue talking.
"Oh, Jaime', you're awake," she said turning around in the doorway. "I don't want to disturb you, I just wanna tell you what happened with Bryan last night."
Justin let out another peep to let Andie know "Jaime'" was still listening.
"I told Bryan about Justin and broke things off for good. I just hope Justin understands and doesn't hate me," Andie continued.
Justin softened a little. He was fighting the urge to jump out of the bed and hug her.
"Jaime' are you still with me? Hello?"
Justin panicked, he thought quickly and started to fake snore to throw Andie off.
"Damn," Andie said as she walked through the living room and picked up her keys, "Jaime', I'm going to work!" she called out.
Justin heard the door shut and jumped up quickly. He ran to the chair and got dressed. He got a piece of paper off Jaime's desk and quickly wrote:
Jaime',
I don't know what happened last night. Please call me!
Justin
He folded the piece of paper and placed it on her pillow. He grabbed his keys and headed out the front door.
Andie got to her car and looked around the complex parking lot.
"Something looks weird," she said to herself.
Suddenly she noticed Justin's car parked a few spaces over. She quickly scanned the lot and didn't see Jaime's car. She looked around again. Jaime's car was definitely not there.
"Who was I talking to upstairs, then?" Andie asked herself.
She pulled her key out of the car door and headed back to the stairs towards her apartment.
Justin rounded the corner and made it to the stairs in time to see Andie coming back up.
He freaked, "Oh god, now what?" he thought looking around.
He noticed a sign pointing to a second staircase. He moved quickly towards it and down the flight of stairs.
Andie unlocked the apartment door and went to Jaime's room. The bed was empty. She saw a piece of paper on Jaime's pillow. Thinking it was a note for her, she walked over, picked up the note and began reading.
